To spend SP, run the spendsp command.
If you offer the party the opportunity to write a chronicle but no one accepts, you yourself can write the chronicle. If you do so, you can give yourself the equivalent of one downtime !dtxp. As with the above rewards, you cannot gain XP above your level limit, but there is no cap on GP.
