We expect that all important and significant events are documented onto the wiki (also see Granularity). This means that as a DM, we expect the following from you:
- You must be fundamentally okay with your writing being recorded onto the wiki.
- You are responsible for getting your writing onto the wiki. If you can't, don't have time, or don't want to, you must be okay with others doing it for you.
- You are primarily responsible for oversight of your own content. It is up to you to catch issues and correct them.
Of course, you also enjoy authority over your own writing:
- You, as the DM, are the primary authority on your own writing, plots, NPCs, etc. If someone wants to make a page on your stuff, they need to clear it with you first (or if you’d like, you can give carte blanche for your stuff in advance).
- If someone wants to change/discuss changing something you wrote, they also should talk to you first.
Addressing Negativity
- Respect for Contributions: Recognize and respect the effort put into writing the wiki content.
- Constructive Feedback: Encourage positive and constructive feedback rather than disparaging comments.
