Quest scheduling is standardized to be DM-initiated - players are not expected to ping for quests themselves.

Scheduling occurs in each quest’s forum posting. When you are ready to schedule a quest, you should ping @everyone in that quest’s forum post and notify them that it is ready to be scheduled. Either create a scheduler yourself, or give a date range or a time frame for the scheduler, and one of the players will create a link and start scheduling. At this point, the forum post is now open for player posting and discussion.

Once the schedule has been determined, add the party to your role tag and put it up on the calendar!
