There’s a lot of new channels for you to figure out! Here’s a quick rundown of what they’re all for.

#special-dm-roles

• The embed in this channel lets you toggle the opt-in/out-out roles for yourself. Click the appropriate button to be taken on or off the role.

#the-velvet-room

• The “main” channel! This is for all your general needs, and most all DM-related information is pinned in this channel. Mod announcements also go here.

#boat

• This is a bot channel. You can use it to run commands, or whatever else you need.

#quest-discussion

• This is where most quest-related discussion happens. If you still have your @Training Wheels, you will be required to post quest ideas in this channel for approval before you are able to post and run them. All DMs can also use this channel to talk about plot ideas and the like. See 🚦Quest Approval for more info.

#loot-discussion

• Homebrew items and rewards are posted here for oversight before being given out. See 🪓 Homebrewed Items for more info.
• If you are awarding payouts or taking DM rewards for an RP scene, you must also post a link and quick description here for visibility

#lore-hub

• A compilation of all significant DM developments to public lore domains. See 👑 Lore Domains for more info.
• The pinned thread contains a list of which DMs are working in what lore domains.
• A forum for DMs to track what public lore they are actively using in their quests. See 👑Questline Priority for more info.

#backstory-tracking

• The text channel with this name is for discussing player backstories as needed.
• The forum serves as a catalog for all currently submitted backstories.
